Lots of stuff to talk about!
Ok, so I'm signed up with this London Art College where I draw/paint my work and send it in for my tutor to record her comments about my art on a cassete and post it back to me.
The course I'm on is a foundation art ourse that will cover a whole year.
So, I just got the feedback from my first assignment and I was shocked as I listened to it.
My tutor had given me these tremendously positive comments on all of my art!
Her very words included; "exquisite"; "a professional level"; "one of the best for that assignment"; "beautiful texture and variety"; "very good at 3D"; and I'm here listening to it, speechless!
O.O
I'm still speechless! Wow!
She even said that some of them looked like professional copies, (which they were not, they are hand drawn pictures with absolutely no tracing involved) and also that some could actually be printed in a magazine! O.O
So now I'm gonna get cracking on some more art this weekend as I'll be staying at my Nan's while my parents are away.
O.O
Wow!
Guess what? We got a Gamecube yesterday! It's pretty cool, it's so compact and snazzy!
My sister only got one game with it though, Mario Football, or something like that and she didn't get a Memory Card, so we can't save... -.-
But I'm looking forward to getting more games!
Today was Delamere Forest time again! We didn't actually go into the forest though, just in the main centre where two men showed us these incredible owls!
They were so gorgeous!
I got to stroke one too, their feathers are amazingly soft.
Then we picked up some clipboards and papers and answered some questions about birds in general, then we made 'inboxes' to go on the wall. They were basically little decorated envelopes that people can leave messages in.
Danny's one was pretty full, (he's one of my friend's who goes to Delamere on Wednesdays with Robyn and Joe) becuase he was the only one in his family who made an inbox, so everyone was leaving him, Joe and Robyn a message.
I drew a Red Kite on my inbox and I got lots of cool comments for it, I got one message so far, (it took so long to make that it was like the last one to be put up and nearly everyone had left then so.. ^.~) which was from Ruth saying how cool my inbox was. ^.^
Goodness, I don't think I can take all these positive comments! I'm incredibly modest too, so I get extremely embarrassed! >.<
I also designed and drew a character called Raia the other day. I'll post a link to the final result once I get her online. ^.^
Well that's enough for me, it's time for me to finish my carrot cake, grab a cup of tea, watch Evangelion which Nico just recorded for me and get some artwork done at some point, cheerio!

Thanks!
My modesty is being tested, I know it. :P
